What we collect
Consultation forms collect your name, email, phone, inquiry type, preferred area, timeline, and real estate needs. Buyer inquiries may include preapproval, lender, and amount details; seller inquiries include property address and occupancy. Open-house check-in collects your name, email, phone, event, timestamp, and any optional agent or timeframe details you provide. Newsletter signup records your email and any optional name or phone number. We retain consent wording, source, submission time, and your separate choice about promotions. Follow-up and promotional permissions are recorded separately.
Personal follow-up
By submitting a consultation request, you authorize Ken Miess, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Tampa Central, to personally call, text, or email you to respond to your inquiry and discuss your real estate needs. By checking in to an open house, you authorize Ken to personally call, text, or email you to follow up on that open house and your home search. The follow-up notice appears beside the submit button, with full details available to expand. Neither action by itself authorizes unrelated promotions or enrolls you in the newsletter. Open-house guests may separately opt into the newsletter using the unchecked newsletter box. You can ask Ken to stop at any time.
Newsletter enrollment
The Monday Market Brief is an email subscription with its own agreement, available on the newsletter page and as a separate optional choice at open-house check-in. You can subscribe without providing a phone number or agreeing to promotional calls and texts. Providing a phone number by itself does not authorize promotional contact.
Optional promotional permission
The consultation, open-house, and newsletter forms offer a separate, unchecked promotional checkbox. Checking it and submitting the form electronically signs the displayed agreement authorizing Ken to call, text, or email you about real estate promotions, property updates, and service offers at the contact information provided. This includes automated texts, automated dialing, artificial or prerecorded voice calls, and prerecorded voicemail messages, including ringless voicemails.
Permission is optional and is not required to request a consultation, attend an open house, subscribe to the newsletter, or purchase any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reading this notice or leaving the promotional box unchecked does not grant new promotional permission. Submitting another form without selecting promotions does not withdraw permission you previously granted; to withdraw, use the contact methods below.
Storage and access
Records are stored in the site’s private database and reviewed through an owner-restricted dashboard. Site hosting and storage providers process information to operate the service. Resend processes consultation submission details to deliver private email notifications to Ken, and newsletter email addresses and subscription preferences to deliver The Monday Market Brief and handle unsubscribe requests. Email delivery status is also recorded. Attendee lists, contact records, consent records, and follow-up notes are not displayed publicly. Do not include financial account numbers or other sensitive documents in these forms.
Your choices
You may withdraw permission at any time by replying STOP to a text or contacting Ken by phone or email. You may also communicate your request in another reasonable way. To unsubscribe from The Monday Market Brief, use your unsubscribe link or contact Ken. Newsletter enrollment and promotional permission are separate; let Ken know if you want to stop all contact. To request access, correction, or deletion of information, contact Ken.
