I’m Ken Miess, a Florida Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Tampa Central, serving buyers and sellers across Tampa Bay. Downtown Tampa is my home.
I chose Downtown Tampa for its sense of progress: new buildings joining the skyline, music and city life, and people moving through their day. I enjoy the views and the feeling of being connected to Tampa Bay, with so much within easy reach.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Economics and previously worked as a private equity fund accountant. That background informs my analytical approach to real estate and my understanding of how economic conditions, financing, and local market factors interact.
My approach begins with understanding your goals. Whether you’re considering a sale or planning a purchase, I help you put the market information into context, understand the decisions ahead, and develop a plan around your priorities.
